About me
My name is Rachael Grant and I'm a 27-year-old Southern Highlands resident, running for the 2021 elections. I’ve recently just built my forever home in Hill Top, with my husband and two young children. I completed my schooling at Bowral High and have worked around the local community since. Currently, I’m working as a marketing executive, while pursuing personal passions too. I’m an active community member volunteering for a number of community groups, such as RFS and Hill Top Community Association.
I’m running for council as I believe we need diversity in our community’s representation to ensure everyone's voice is heard. My vision for the council is to holistically look at the needs of the community and carefully consider the entire shires interests. I’d like to see a council that encourages greater input from the people and actively considers planning around all demographics.
